2. Scope

This policy explains how Haute Intelligence SA collects, uses, and protects personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our contact forms (name, email, phone, company, industry, and the message content you submit). We do not use tracking cookies. Anonymous, aggregated traffic analytics are collected via Plausible, a privacy-friendly service that does not set cookies or track individuals.

4. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and delivering the services you request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures and your consent as given when submitting the form.

5. Data location and retention

Personal data is processed exclusively in Switzerland on infrastructure controlled by Haute Intelligence SA. We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to address your request, and thereafter for up to 24 months in line with our internal records management policy, unless law requires otherwise.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at intelligence@haute.com.

7. Third-party services

Form submissions are transmitted via FormSubmit, which forwards the message to our email. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Analytics is provided by Plausible. No personal data is shared with these providers beyond what is necessary for their function.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date will be indicated below.
